With over 30 years in the telecommunications industry, Mark brings a blend of big-picture thinking and hands-on experience. He guides ITG’s direction, drawing on his depth of knowledge and customer relationships. Mark is passionate about excellence in all aspects of the business.

In his free time, Mark enjoys golfing and biking.

Keagan Shatos leads project coordination and field operations with a focus on dependable results. He manages scheduling, oversees installation teams, and ensures every project meets client expectations. Keagan is known for his commitment to delivering work that’s done right the first time.

When he’s not working, Keagan enjoys playing guitar and cooking.

Debi oversees the administrative backbone of ITG. She manages licensing, compliance, contracts, scheduling support, and day‑to‑day business operations to keep projects moving smoothly from planning through closeout. Debi is known for her organization, clarity, and problem‑solving skills.

She enjoys gardening and riding her horse, Summer.

Amber Douglas

Amber Douglas supports daily operations atTG with a focus on accuracy, organization, and dependable follow‑through. She manages accounts receivable, accounts payable, and certified payroll, helping keep projects running efficiently. Amber is known for her attention to detail, clear communication, and dependability.

She enjoys spending time with her two daughters and fostering kittens for local rescue.
